The cake was created to celebrate the feast of St. Timothy on January 26, 2013.
St. Timothy’s image was hand painted in food colouring. The bible and the cross are symbols of St.Timothy. The bible was created out of cake and the cross in fondant.
It was a sponge cake with chocolate, mocca filling and covered in fondant. The bible was hand painted.
