The cake is covered in rolled fondant. Individual grapes, flowers and leaves are hand sculpted in gum paste.

Three-tiered wedding cake covered in champagne fondant. Gum paste daisies and leaves adorn the cake. Gum paste ruffles guilded in 24kt. gold. Wedding cake featured in Toronto's Good Life magazine.
